LDS Apostle, Utah Governor remember Becky Lockhart on Capitol Hill


Hundreds gathered in the Utah State Capitol Building under the rotunda to honor former Speaker of the Utah House of Representatives Becky Lockhart for a public memorial service. Elder D. Todd Christofferson of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints was among those that offered remembrances of Lockhart. Utah State Governor Gary Herbert, Emily Britton, Rep. Francis Gibson, Utah State Senator Curt Bramble also offered tributes, among others, to the former Speaker on Jan. 22, 2019 in Salt Lake City.
