Gov. Herbert uses super exec powers, declares 'Hero' Day


Gov. Gary Herbert (Utah) presented a declaration at the opening ceremonies of Comic Con #2 in Salt Lake City. Herbert presented Salt Lake Comic Con producer Dan Farr with the signed declaration stating April 17th is now "Comic Con Heroes' Day" in Utah.
