Athlete hurls tree trunk (caber toss) at Scottish Festival


The caber toss challenges athletes to heave a felled tree (a caber) that weighs up to 130 lbs. across a field. Scores are calculated based on the final resting position of the caber after the toss. Athletes will compete in the nine traditional Scottish sporting events during the annual Utah Scottish Festival & Highland Games held at Thanksgiving Point on June 13-14, 2019 in Lehi, Utah.
